Association Laboratory presents at digitalNow Conference May 19, 2014

Dean West, President, Association Laboratory, will present his topic, "Leading Strategic Change in Associations" at the digitalNow conference, Monday, May 19, 2014.

The most pressing challenge facing association leaders is how to successfully lead strategic change. Without translating business strategy into action and moving the association from legacy systems to more innovate business models delivering more successful value propositions, all the new technology, tools and research are just wasted time, money and effort.

The presentation is based on research projects conducted by Association Laboratory, including Looking Forward 2014, an association environmental scan, and a white paper titled Leading Strategic Change in Associations, a research project conducted by Association Laboratory including insights from twenty-eight leading trade and professional association chief staff officers.

digitalNow is an annual conference, which brings together CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, Executive Directors, and volunteer leaders from some of the most influential professional, non-profit, and trade associations in America. digitalNow is produced by Fusion Productions, in collaboration with their conference advisory group, which is comprised of some of the most prominent and experienced Certified Association Executives in America.
