Association Laboratory to Present at Grants Managers Network Leadership Summit

Chicago, Illinois, July 20, 2012 – Cecilia Sepp, Vice President, Association Laboratory, will present at the annual Grants Managers Network (GMN) Leadership Summit on July 27, 2012, in Washington, DC.

The presentation, “Successful Chapter Management & Operations – Ideas and Tips from Inside Other Associations” will discuss member engagement, increasing member value, and improving communications with local component members.

Cecilia Sepp is a nationally recognized leader in the association community and has been recognized for her service by both ASAE and American Independent Writers (AIW). She was a member of the professional faculty of ASAE University for six years, leading online courses on component relations, supervisory management, marketing, and leadership. She has served as Chair of the ASAE Communication Section Council and is currently serving on the Content Creation Committee for Association Media & Publishing. She recently authored the chapter on Components & Strategy for the revision of the ASAE Component Relations Handbook (to be published in 2012).
